What is CVE-2026-14780?

A security flaw in the PaperCut NG/MF platform allows an authenticated user with administrative access to exploit the device-scripting feature. This vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and improper access controls within the embedded execution engine. Through this flaw, an attacker can introduce a malicious script capable of breaking out of the sandboxed environment, ultimately allowing them to execute unauthorized operating system commands with administrative privileges, posing significant risks to the host system's integrity.
