What is CVE-2026-15044?

A vulnerability exists in the TrustyAI Service Operator that may allow unauthorized access to sensitive AI resources. Specifically, if certain security settings are not enabled during the deployment of services such as gorch or NemoGuardrails, the communication channels of these services could be exposed. This vulnerability allows unverified programs within the same cluster to gain access to AI guardrails and the orchestrator without proper identity verification. An attacker exploiting this weakness can potentially access sensitive information and make unauthorized modifications to AI models, compromising the integrity of the AI operations.
