What is CVE-2026-16530?

A security flaw has been identified in the Performance Co-Pilot (PCP) pmproxy service, specifically within the pmLogLoadInDom() function. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to send a crafted request that bypasses essential bounds checking, resulting in a crash of the pmproxy service. Such exploitation can not only lead to Denial of Service (DoS) but may also facilitate unauthorized access to sensitive information residing in the system's memory, posing significant risks to data confidentiality.
