What is CVE-2026-17406?

A vulnerability in IBM API Connect versions 10.0.8.0 to 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 to 12.1.1.2 allows remote authenticated attackers to exploit server-side request forgery. This flaw can be exploited to bypass address checks and access sensitive information, potentially enabling the attacker to reach restricted destinations that should otherwise remain inaccessible.
