What is CVE-2026-19129?

A vulnerability in IBM API Connect allows attackers to potentially intercept backup data due to the lack of proper verification of the backup server's identity. This issue affects versions 10.0.8.0 through 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2. When establishing secure connections for analytics backups, the identity of the backup server is not verified, making it possible for sensitive backup data—and any credentials involved—to be intercepted by malicious actors positioned within the network.
