Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in Cisco Identity Services Engine and Connector
CVE-2026-20047
What is CVE-2026-20047?
A vulnerability exists in the web-based management interface of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco ISE Passive Identity Connector (ISE-PIC) that permits an authenticated remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This is attributed to inadequate validation of user-supplied input, enabling attackers to inject malicious code into specific pages of the interface. If exploited, the attacker could execute arbitrary script code within the context of the affected interface or access sensitive browser-based information, necessitating valid administrative credentials for the attack to succeed.
