What is CVE-2026-20105?

A vulnerability in the Remote Access SSL VPN functionality of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance and Secure Firewall Threat Defense Software allows an authenticated, remote attacker with a valid VPN connection to exploit the system by sending specially crafted packets. This exploit can exhaust device memory, triggering a denial of service condition and causing the device to reload. The vulnerability arises from a lack of input validation, which allows attackers to manipulate the behavior of the VPN server and disrupt its normal operation.
