What is CVE-2026-20175?

A security vulnerability in Cisco Finesse allows unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit insufficient validation of user-supplied input. By luring a user into clicking a malicious link containing the affected device's address, the attacker may load arbitrary files from remote locations into an active user session. This can result in browser-based attacks, including the execution of arbitrary script code and potential access to sensitive information within the affected device's context.
