What is CVE-2026-21446?

Bagisto, an open-source e-commerce platform built on Laravel, has a critical flaw that allows unauthenticated attackers to access API routes even after installation has been completed. Specifically, API endpoints (/install/api/*) remain exposed and can be exploited without any authentication measures in place. This vulnerability enables attackers to bypass the installation process entirely, allowing them to create unauthorized admin accounts, modify application settings, and manipulate existing data. This issue is prevalent in all 2.3 versions prior to 2.3.10, with the defect being addressed in the subsequent release.
