What is CVE-2026-21885?

Miniflux 2, an open source feed reader, is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks prior to version 2.2.16. This flaw allows authenticated users to exploit the media proxy endpoint (GET /proxy/{encodedDigest}/{encodedURL}) to generate signed proxy URLs for arbitrary media URLs contained in feed entries. The vulnerability is addressed in version 2.2.16.
