What is CVE-2026-22219?

The vulnerability in Chainlit allows an authenticated client to exploit the /project/element update process when utilizing the SQLAlchemy data layer backend. By injecting a user-controlled URL in an Element, an attacker can trigger outbound HTTP GET requests from the Chainlit server. This flaw exposes internal network services or cloud metadata endpoints to potential exploitation, allowing unauthorized access to sensitive information stored on the configured storage provider.
