What is CVE-2026-23001?
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel related to the macvlan networking implementation has been identified. The vulnerability arises if the macvlan_hash_del_source function doesn't correctly handle the clearing of the vlan pointer before the RCU grace period, allowing it to potentially skip over entries queued for freeing.
