6.5MEDIUM
What is CVE-2026-23567?
The TeamViewer DEX Client (formerly known as 1E Client) contains a vulnerability in its UDP command handler, which, when exploited, allows an attacker on an adjacent network to manipulate specially crafted UDP packets. This manipulation can result in a heap-based buffer overflow, leading to a denial-of-service condition that can crash the service. Users are encouraged to update to version 26.1 or later to mitigate this risk.
