What is CVE-2026-23601?

A vulnerability has been detected in the wireless encryption handling of HPE Wi-Fi products. This flaw enables an attacker to create shared-key authenticated transmissions with manipulated payloads, allowing them to impersonate a primary BSSID. As a result, it becomes possible to send altered data to specified endpoints, effectively bypassing standard cryptographic protections that are typically in place.
