What is CVE-2026-24050?
An issue was found in the Zulip collaboration tool that allows for stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks through group or channel names. Versions from 5.0 up to, but not including, 11.5 are vulnerable when certain administrative actions are performed on user profiles. Attackers could exploit this vulnerability if a user interacts with an affected object. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to version 11.5 where this vulnerability has been resolved.
