What is CVE-2026-24097?

A flaw in Checkmk versions prior to 2.4.0p23, 2.3.0p43, and the end-of-life version 2.2.0 allows authenticated users to exploit improper permission enforcement. This issue enables users to enumerate existing hosts by analyzing HTTP response codes received from the agent-receiver/register_existing endpoint, which can lead to unauthorized information disclosure.
