What is CVE-2026-25059?

OpenList Frontend, a UI component for OpenList, exhibits a path traversal vulnerability prior to version 4.1.10. The flaw exists in multiple file operation handlers where filename components in requests are concatenated with validated directories using stdpath.Join. This allows users to inject '..' sequences, bypassing directory-level authorization and accessing files belonging to other users within the same storage mount. This can lead to unauthorized file actions, including deletion, renaming, or copying of files. The vulnerability has been addressed in version 4.1.10, ensuring better security for users.
