What is CVE-2026-2529?

A security flaw has been identified in the Wavlink WL-WN579A3 device that permits an attacker to exploit the DeleteMac function located in the /cgi-bin/wireless.cgi file. By manipulating the delete_list argument, a remote attacker can execute arbitrary commands, potentially leading to unauthorized access or control of device functionalities. Despite early communication regarding this vulnerability, the vendor has yet to respond, leaving users at risk.
