What is CVE-2026-25475?
The OpenClaw AI assistant has a vulnerability in the isValidMedia() function located in src/media/parse.ts, allowing an attacker to exploit arbitrary file paths. This flaw facilitates reading any file on the system, including sensitive data, by using media path manipulation. Affected versions can expose critical information through directory traversal attacks. Users are encouraged to upgrade to version 2026.1.30, where this issue has been resolved, to ensure data security.
