What is CVE-2026-25641?
The SandboxJS library, prior to version 0.8.29, is subject to a vulnerability that allows attackers to escape the intended JavaScript sandbox environment. This is caused by a discrepancy between the keys used for validation and property access, enabling the injection of malicious objects that can manipulate string values during property accesses. As a result, attackers can perform unauthorized actions, compromising application security. Users are encouraged to update to version 0.8.29 to mitigate this risk.
