What is CVE-2026-26188?

The Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is susceptible to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities due to improper handling of user input. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious HTML and JavaScript into the Craft Control Panel's form builder and integration screens. Specifically, form labels and integration metadata are rendered without adequate sanitization, allowing for potentially harmful scripts to execute whenever an administrator views these sections. This issue has been addressed in version 5.14.7.
