RustFly 2.0.0 is susceptible to a command injection flaw within its remote user interface control mechanism. This vulnerability allows attackers to send specially crafted hex-encoded instructions over UDP port 5005, lacking appropriate input validation. By exploiting this weakness, attackers can execute unauthorized commands on the target system, potentially leading to severe impacts such as the establishment of reverse shells and arbitrary command execution.
