What is CVE-2026-27483?
MindsDB, a data-driven AI platform, has a vulnerability in its /api/files interface that allows authenticated attackers to exploit path traversal in the 'Upload File' module. This weakness is due to insufficient validation of file paths, permitting attackers to incorporate '../' sequences in the filename. Consequently, an attacker could manipulate the file upload process to write arbitrary content to any server path, potentially leading to remote command execution. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 25.9.1.1.
