A local file inclusion vulnerability exists in the /index.php/ajax/save_iodd_parameters endpoint that can be exploited by a low-privileged remote attacker. By utilizing a valid operator cookie, the attacker is able to execute arbitrary PHP code on the affected device, potentially leading to unauthorized access and manipulation of sensitive data.
