What is CVE-2026-28229?

Argo Workflows, an open-source workflow engine for Kubernetes, contains a vulnerability that allows unauthorized access to workflow templates and potentially sensitive data. Prior to versions 4.0.2 and 3.7.11, any client with a Bearer token, even an empty one, could retrieve WorkflowTemplates and ClusterWorkflowTemplates. This exposure may disclose critical information such as embedded secrets. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest versions to mitigate this risk.
