CVE-2026-28295
4.3MEDIUM
What is CVE-2026-28295?
A vulnerability in the FTP GVfs backend allows a malicious FTP server to manipulate the client's connection by providing a crafted IP address and port in its passive mode (PASV) response. Due to the client's unvalidated trust in the provided endpoint, the exploiting server can potentially scan the client's network for open ports, leading to unauthorized access or additional attacks targeting that network.
