What is CVE-2026-28396?

NocoDB, a platform for creating databases as spreadsheets, has a significant vulnerability in its password reset mechanism. Prior to version 0.301.3, the application failed to revoke existing refresh tokens when a user reset their password. This oversight allowed an attacker with a previously compromised refresh token to continue generating valid JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), effectively maintaining unauthorized access to the user's account. The issue has been addressed in version 0.301.3, ensuring improved security and user integrity.
