What is CVE-2026-29139?

The SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway prior to version 15.0.3 contains a significant vulnerability that permits unauthorized account takeover. This can be exploited by manipulating the GINA account initialization process, allowing an attacker to reset the password of the targeted victim's account. Effectively, this loophole presents serious security implications as it can enable malicious actors to gain unauthorized access to sensitive email communications.
