What is CVE-2026-2976?

A vulnerability has been identified in FastApiAdmin versions up to 2.2.0 that allows attackers to disclose sensitive information. This issue exists due to improper handling of the argument file_path in the download_controller function located in /backend/app/api/v1/module_common/file/controller.py. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability remotely, potentially leading to unauthorized access to confidential data. The exploit for this vulnerability has been made publicly available, increasing the risk of attacks on systems utilizing affected versions.
