What is CVE-2026-30041?

An integer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the PSD parser component of FastStone Image Viewer version 8.3. This flaw allows attackers to exploit the software by supplying a specially crafted PSD file, which can lead to arbitrary code execution. In addition to potentially executing malicious code, this vulnerability can also result in a Denial of Service (DoS), compromising the stability of the application.
