What is CVE-2026-3199?

A security issue in the task management component of Sonatype Nexus Repository allows an authenticated user with task creation permissions to execute arbitrary code. This vulnerability occurs due to a failure to enforce security controls properly, particularly the nexus.scripts.allowCreation setting, enabling attackers to bypass these protections and execute unwanted scripts.
