Path Traversal Vulnerability in OpenClaw Gateway Plugin by OpenClaw
CVE-2026-32036
8.3HIGH
What is CVE-2026-32036?
The OpenClaw gateway plugin versions before 2026.2.26 has a path traversal vulnerability, allowing remote attackers to bypass route authentication checks. By manipulating the /api/channels paths with encoded dot-segment traversal sequences, attackers can craft alternate paths to gain unauthorized access to protected plugin channel routes. This vulnerability arises when handlers normalize the incoming path, enabling attackers to circumvent security measures and potentially exploit the plugin.
