What is CVE-2026-32259?

A memory corruption issue exists in ImageMagick relating to the sixel encoder that can lead to writing past the end of a buffer on the stack when memory allocation fails. This vulnerability can potentially be exploited to gain unauthorized access or cause system instability. The affected versions prior to 7.1.2-16 and 6.9.13-41 are recommended to be updated to mitigate any risk associated with this flaw.
