What is CVE-2026-32293?

The GL-iNet Comet (GL-RM1) KVM is designed to connect to GL-iNet services during its boot process to provision essential client and CA certificates. However, it does not perform necessary verification of these certificates, potentially allowing a malicious actor to intercept the connection and introduce invalid certificates. This lapse can lead to failed attempts to connect to the legitimate GL-iNet KVM cloud service, exposing the system to man-in-the-middle attacks, potentially compromising the integrity and confidentiality of data exchanged during these connections.
