What is CVE-2026-3234?

A vulnerability exists within mod_proxy_cluster that enables remote attackers to execute a Carriage Return Line Feed (CRLF) injection through the decodeenc() function. This flaw permits the manipulation of cluster configuration by injecting CRLF sequences, potentially resulting in corrupted responses from INFO endpoints. Network access to the MCMP protocol port is necessary for exploitation, but it does not require any form of authentication.
