A flaw exists in the session handling functionality of PSI Probe versions prior to 5.3.0, specifically within the handleRequestInternal method of the ExpireSessionsController. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to manipulate session requests, potentially leading to a denial of service. Despite early notification to the vendor regarding this issue, there has been no response, raising concerns about the safety of users running affected versions.
