What is CVE-2026-32704?

The SiYuan personal knowledge management system contains a vulnerability that permits any authenticated user to execute arbitrary SQL queries against the workspace database. This flaw arises from the lack of proper access control on the API endpoint POST /api/template/renderSprig prior to version 3.6.1. As a result, unauthorized access to sensitive data, including all note content, metadata, and custom attributes, is possible, which could lead to severe data breaches. The issue has been resolved in version 3.6.1, and users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to protect their data.
