What is CVE-2026-32713?

The PX4 autopilot system used in various drones has a critical logic error affecting its FTP session validation process. Prior to version 1.17.0-rc2, the system incorrectly utilized boolean logic, allowing unauthorized manipulation of BurstReadFile and WriteFile operations. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to place the FTP subsystem into inconsistent states and execute operations on invalid file descriptors, effectively bypassing intended session isolation checks. The security issue has been addressed in the latest version.
