What is CVE-2026-32751?

The SiYuan Personal Knowledge Management system has a security vulnerability whereby an authenticated user can exploit the notebook renaming feature. In versions 3.6.0 and earlier, this feature does not properly escape HTML content, enabling an attacker to inject arbitrary HTML or JavaScript. Because of the platform's settings—specifically nodeIntegration being enabled and contextIsolation being disabled—this injection gives full Node.js access, allowing malicious scripts to execute on any mobile client viewing the file tree. It is crucial to upgrade to version 3.6.1, which addresses this flaw and secures users from potential remote code execution threats.
