What is CVE-2026-32985?
Versions 3.14 and earlier of Xerte Online Toolkits contain a security flaw that allows unauthorized users to upload arbitrary files via the template import functionality. The vulnerability resides in /website_code/php/import/import.php, where inadequate authentication checks enable the upload of crafted ZIP files masquerading as project templates. If an attacker successfully uploads a ZIP archive containing a malicious PHP payload, they can access this file through a publicly accessible directory, leading to potential remote code execution within the context of the web server.
