What is CVE-2026-33006?

A vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.66 allows remote attackers to bypass Digest authentication through a timing attack on the mod_auth_digest module. This flaw can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive resources, posing significant risks to server integrity and confidentiality. To mitigate these risks, users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to version 2.4.67, which patches this security issue.
