What is CVE-2026-34567?

CI4MS, a modular CMS based on CodeIgniter 4, has a vulnerability that allows attackers to inject malicious JavaScript payloads via the Categories section during blog post creation or editing. When sanitization processes are bypassed, these payloads are stored on the server and improperly rendered later. This leads to stored XSS, potentially compromising user data and weakening site integrity. Users are advised to update to version 0.31.0.0 or later, where this vulnerability has been addressed.
