What is CVE-2026-35520?
The Pi-hole FTL engine is susceptible to a Remote Code Execution vulnerability via a flaw in the DHCP lease time configuration parameter (dhcp.leaseTime). This issue allows authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary dnsmasq configuration directives, potentially leading to command execution on the underlying system. Users are advised to upgrade to version 6.6 or higher to mitigate this risk.
