What is CVE-2026-39344?

ChurchCRM, an open-source church management system, is susceptible to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability found on its login page. This issue arises from inadequate sanitization or encoding of the 'username' parameter received via the URL. As a result, the username input displayed on the login page can be manipulated by attackers to inject malicious JavaScript code. If executed, this script could compromise sensitive user data, including session cookies, or potentially redirect users to unauthorized login forms. The vulnerability has been addressed and resolved in version 7.1.0.
