Exec Allowlist Bypass Vulnerability in OpenClaw by OpenClaw
CVE-2026-41392
5.4MEDIUM
What is CVE-2026-41392?
OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.3.31 are susceptible to an exec allowlist bypass vulnerability. This issue allows attackers to exploit shell options such as --rcfile, --init-file, and --startup-file to load malicious initialization files, circumventing the protections instituted by exec allowlist matching. As a result, attackers can gain trust inheritance via shell initialization file wrapper invocations, posing serious risks to user security and systems.
