An incomplete scope-clearing vulnerability exists in OpenClaw prior to version 2026.3.31 within the trusted-proxy authentication mode. This flaw can be exploited to escalate privileges for operator.admin accounts. Attackers can declare operator scopes on clients not associated with the Control-UI, enabling self-declared scopes to remain active on authentication paths that involve identity verification.
