What is CVE-2026-41643?

GoBGP, an open source implementation of Border Gateway Protocol in the Go programming language, is susceptible to a Denial of Service vulnerability due to improper handling of malformed BGP UPDATE messages. Specifically, this issue arises from processing four-byte AS attributes, leading to an index out of range panic that can disrupt service.
