Division by Zero Vulnerability in Linux Kernel WiFi Implementation
CVE-2026-43267
Currently unrated
What is CVE-2026-43267?
A vulnerability affecting the Linux kernel's WiFi subsystem was identified during fuzz testing, where the beacon interval configuration could potentially be set to zero. This situation may result in a division by zero error in subsequent calculations, leading to instability in WiFi connectivity. To enhance stability, a default beacon interval value of 100 Time Units (TU) has been implemented when the interval is found to be zero.
