What is CVE-2026-44246?

The nnU-Net framework has a security vulnerability in its Issue Triage workflow that allows authenticated users to exploit untrusted content in issue titles and bodies. This flaw, present in versions prior to 2.4.1, enables attackers to manipulate the internal workflow, potentially executing unintended commands through the integrated Claude agent. By submitting crafted issues, an external attacker can influence issue actions on GitHub, redirecting the workflow's purpose. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 2.4.1 to enhance security.
