Roxy-WI, a web interface for managing various server technologies, has a vulnerability in its Pydantic input validation mechanism. The EscapedString validator, used across multiple fields, fails to properly sanitize input when certain metacharacters are appended. As a result, an attacker could exploit this flaw to bypass security measures intended to prevent unauthorized command execution. This issue affects versions 8.2.6.4 and earlier, with no public patches available at the time.
